A composed and sociable Au Ra hailing from the outskirts of Coerthas. Despite the unfortunate history of her kind in Ishgard, Saeryn is fond of her northern home and the people of Foundation. She has adapted to their culture since the Dragonsong War, acquiring a taste for Ishgardian Tea and Sohm Al Tart.Formerly a "Princess" within her clan, the Raen prefers to disregard her family's titles and mingle with the rest of Eorzea's adventurers. She can often be spotted at local venues as a maid or bartender, and is always eager to listen to stories from patrons both new and old. I will start only after receiving references and payment.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.Do not use my work for AI in any way. Do not edit my work with AI or use it in AI training, AI generation, or NFTsPAYMENTSAll prices listed are in USD. I only accept payment upfront via Paypal invoice or VGen. Direct e-transfers are also accepted for CAD payments. Half payments or payments in increments can be discussed.I may include additional fees for commercial use.REVISIONSSimple revisions are included. You may request to see sketches and WIPs in advance, but changes will cost extra after the coloured image is sent.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYTypically 1-4 weeks, depending on your spot in my queue and the complexity of the piece. You may ask about your spot in my queue and tentative delivery date based on my estimations at the time.PERSONAL USE POLICYFor Personal use, the client may use artwork for social media icons, banners, and assets on unmonetized platforms. Client may repost a watermarked version with credit given.The buyer is allowed to:

• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.COMMERCIAL USE POLICY
For Commercial Use such as streaming or posting on monetized platforms, please state so in your request, and pricing can be discussed. It will typically be an additional 75% to 100% of the original price, depending on what the finished product will be used for.Commercial use includes:
• Use of the commissioned piece for the purpose of financial gain, such as self-promotion, marketing, and sales, or for the purpose of directing traffic to monetized platforms. This includes ads, banners, Youtube/Twitch/streaming emotes, streaming assets, Patreon content, etc. Please include credit towards me (Samuraiflame or Saeryn).
• Please discuss with me in advance if you plan on using the artwork for merchandising. This includes both digital and physical goods.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSOwnership of Artwork. I retain all ownership rights to the Artwork as an artistic work, including marketing, copyright and exhibition rights.I, Samuraiflame (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:• Promote myself with it everywhere
• Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
• Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
• Post it wherever I want
The above actions will not be done if the commissioner/buyer explicitly requests itREFUNDSPlease reach out if you seek a refund.
